FLOWER
MEDITATION
A contemplative and embodied practice that integrates meditation, breath, somatic awareness, intuitive movement, and the intentional use of the flower as a sacred plant ally. Together, these elements help soften resistance, regulate the nervous system, and cultivate deeper states of awareness, emotional release, and embodied presence.
The flower is approached not as an escape, but as an energetic teacher—inviting grounding, stillness, receptivity, and trust. She gently reveals what is ready to be seen, remembered, or transformed, reminding us that true change arises not through force, but through surrender, allowing our truest self to naturally unfold.
